Fees:
Initial Evaluation: $350 (includes a 90-120 minute structured clinical interview, review of treatment history and relevant records, and initial contact with other providers if applicable).
Treatment Services: $185 per 45-minute session, prorated for shorter or longer professional time. This rate applies to all professional services, including telehealth sessions, scheduled and unscheduled phone sessions, requested report writing or documentation, travel time for home and community services, and professional consultation.
Consultation Services: $185 per 45-minute session, prorated for shorter or longer professional time. Not sure if my clinical services are the right fit for you? Are you looking for guidance and education about a loved one’s symptom patterns? Is your loved one hesitant or refusing treatment? For these instances, I can offer consultation session(s) for individuals or families, before an assessment and treatment services. During a consultation, I will provide general symptom education and discuss what an evidence-based treatment might look like for you or your loved ones specific situation.
Home, School & Community-based Services: I go where anxiety goes. As an out-of-network provider I have the flexibility to provide services where they are clinically indicated, which can include sessions at home, school, or other community locations. This allows for the ability to address anxiety in real time and helps you to better apply therapy strategies into your daily life.
Payments are due at the time of service and can be made via debit or credit card (e.g. MasterCard, Visa, Discover).
Cancellation/No-Show Policy:
No-shows and cancellations without 72-hours notice (for assessment appointments) are subject to a $100 fee. No-shows and cancellations without 24-hours notice (for regular appointments) are subject to the full session fee (up to 45 minutes). Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of treatment.
